All orders are shipped from Detroit, MI. While orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.
VANCE MICHAEL is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address, we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact email@example.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.
Pre-order & made to order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped.

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.
Returns must be authorized by VANCE MICHAEL. If you would like to return an item from your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin a Return Authorization with “Order #XXX - Return” in the subject line. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order and items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of damage, with tags attached and in its original packaging to be eligible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to swimwear/underwear, limited release products, and custom pieces (such as special orders or personalized items). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Upon authorization of the return, customers will be provided with a shipping label. Please ship the return within 7 days of receipt of the label. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items may be exchanged for the proper item or size for free within 15 days of the order being placed. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order.
